1. Order Cancellation by Customer
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever is earlier.

Once the cancellation is confirmed, we will process your refund (if applicable) within 5–7 business days.
2. Cancellation After Shipment
Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
However, you may request a return or replacement after delivery as per our Return & Refund Policy.
3. Cancellation by EG Shoppers
EG Shoppers reserves the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:
Product out of stock or unavailable.
Payment issues or incomplete transactions.
Invalid delivery address provided by the customer.
Any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
In such cases, customers will be notified, and a full refund (if payment is already made) will be processed within 5–7 business days.
4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If you paid online, the refund will be credited to your original payment method (credit/debit card, wallet, UPI, or net banking).
If Cash on Delivery (COD) was selected, no payment will be collected since the order will not be shipped.
